Two Little Hands owns several properties including Signing Time and Baby Signing Time. As digital video subscriptions became en vogue Two Little Hands saw their DVD sales plummet. They had also started offering a digital subscription and streaming service. My task was to increase subscriptions enough to offset the loss in physical video sales.

What Was Used:

SEO, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, content marketing, Google Ads

Results:

Increased total lifetime value of digital customers by over 7x from first half of 2018 to second half of 2018. Turned $10K ad spend into $33K in revenue (including both subscriptions and new physical product purchases)
